  1. I like to do yoga workouts at home. What you say about creating an inviting environment is so true. I haven’t but should. Currently, I prop my phone against a couch and start my workout. Within seconds I usually have dogs attacking me with kisses as I’m down on their level, and then they plop themselves down on my mat and I’m left with no room to do my stretches.
